Taste of Goshen, Friday, March 7 in Downtown Goshen, is an all day extravaganza of local dining experiences that ties in seamlessly with the Elkhart County Convention & Visitors Bureau (ECCVB) Sip & Savor Restaurant Weeks promotion (Feb. 21-March 9).
Taste of Goshen attendees can enjoy The Maple City’s innumerable and delicious downtown offerings, and activities, entertainment, and shopping deals are also on the agenda at Taste of Goshen. Bring your family and friends, and enjoy culinary bliss in Downtown Goshen!
A celebration of food…
Taste of Goshen is all about spreading and promoting the joys of Eating Local by spotlighting Downtown Goshen’s diverse dining experiences. Taste of Goshen offers unique specials and offers, and anyone at Taste of Goshen can also enjoy additional specials and offers courtesy of the ECCVB’s concurrent Sip & Savor: Elkhart County Restaurant Weeks promotion.
Shirley’s Gourmet Popcorn, 106 N. Main St., presents its flavor of the month, Mint Chocolate Chip, and purchase a new one-gallon tin of any gourmet popcorn flavor to receive a FREE small bag of Caramel To Die For. Goshen Brewing Company, 315 W. Washington St., offers its delectable pork belly Reuben sandwich with Emmental cheese, sauerkraut, and house-made Russian dressing on rye bread. The Reuben comes with chips or an upgrade to fries or a side salad, and the popular brewpub also offers a vegetarian version of its Reuben and taps a new 8% Hazy Double IPA.
The Table at 108, 108 N. Main, presents a Two Dine for $40 special. Guests can choose an appetizer, entree, and dessert for just $40, and the restaurant also offers drink specials—including a $15 bottle of red or white wine—and previews its spring cocktail menu. Venturi, 123 E. Lincoln Ave., offers a $50 Dinner for Two featuring their classic Margherita pizza, salad, dessert, and two glasses of Gragnano wine, and JoJo’s Pretzels, 136 S. Main, features a beer cheese dip made with real Guinness and its dill pickle pretzel.
Maple City Market, 314 S. Main, features local vendors for a special tasting event, and presents exclusive deli specials to celebrate the cozy tastes of winter.

At the Goshen Historical Society, 124 S. Main, the first 75 elementary age students to come through the doors receive a special treat, and Fables Books—215 S. Main—displays a vast, fun selection of cookbooks and other food-themed publications. Fables also presents a Meet the Authors event from 6 to 8 p.m.
