5:00 PM – 7:00 PM | First Friday Kids Craft with Triple P Parenting
Bring the kids and celebrate families and reading as you create and color your very own bookmark! Hosted in partnership with Triple P – Positive Parenting Program and Horizon Education Alliance, this drop-in craft invites families to slow down, share stories, and enjoy some hands-on fun together. Triple P provides proven tools and strategies for parents and caregivers to build stronger family relationships and promote positive outcomes for children.
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Author Meet & Greet with Judith Davis
Meet local author Judith M. Davis as she shares her fascinating book, Finding the Virgin Mary: Her Evolving Stories from Early Christianity to Today. Judith brings decades of teaching, research, and storytelling experience to explore Mary’s role in faith, art, and culture. From early Christian texts to modern appearances like Our Lady of Guadalupe, this engaging work uncovers the enduring power of Mary as a symbol of agency, miracles, and devotion across centuries. Books will be available for purchase and signing!
