Goshen Cruise-in Car Show

Parking

All parking is first come, first served and will begin at the south end of the designated parking areas and end at the north. Because of this, specific areas cannot be guaranteed.

Check-in / Registration

Once you have parked, you will head South to the intersection of Washington and Main to check in and register any additional vehicles (or pay any unpaid registration fees). All fees must be paid in order to participate.

Times

• You may begin arriving any time after 4 PM and before 5:30 PM.
• Cars arriving before 4 will have to wait outside the festival grounds until registration and parking is open.
• The event begins at 5 pm.
• All registered cars must be parked by 5:30.
• Judging will begin at 6 pm and will conclude before 8 pm.
• Winners will be announced at our DJ booth located at the intersection of Washington and Main at 8pm sharp. This quick awards ceremony will be your only chance to know if you have won, so please do not miss it.

Please remember that your show vehicle must remain parked until the conclusion of the event at 9 pm with the exception of serious emergencies.

If you have an emergency, please let someone from the event staff know, and we will direct traffic to help you exit the show. Otherwise, please plan to stay for the entirety of the event.

Any vehicles joining you that will not be entering the car show will need to park in any of our public lots away from the car show grounds. Free parking lots can be found on our event map.

Car Show Rules

• Vehicle must run independently (no towing)
• No broken or chipped glass
• Vehicle must be free of leaks and other major mechanical issues that may leave behind hazardous materials
• Vehicles must arrive between 4:30 and 5:45 p.m. and remain parked until 9 p.m.
• No burnouts
• No judge bribery
• Assigned vehicle number must be fully visible at all times
• This is a rain or shine event – no refunds

Car Show Etiquette

• Vehicle interior should be clean and free of debris
• No hate speech or politically affiliated stickers or decor (American flags are great!)
• No props or decor outside the vehicle
• No tents or canopies
• You are welcome to bring a chair to sit beside your vehicle
