Strawberry Feta Salad – Romaine and Arugula, red onion, cucumber and fresh strawberries. Tossed in a strawberry vinaigrette. Topped with chevre and candied walnuts.
Blueberry Shortcake – Layers of lemon sponge with Chantilly cream and blueberry compote. Topped with lemon zest and lemon peel.
