Stars & Stripes Social | July First Fridays
Friday, July 4, noon – 4 p.m.
Celebrate the Stars and Stripes with food and shopping specials, alongside a classic car show, in the heart of Downtown Goshen, then make your way to Black Squirrel Golf Club for a wide array of food truck eating and drinking options, along with live entertainment and of course, fireworks!

Black Squirrel Golf Club
Meet friends and family downtown from noon until 4 p.m. and be sure to drop by the Car Show presented by Jayco which begins at 2!
Then, Downtown Goshen vendors will be on-site at the Black Squirrel Golf Club offering their wares and specials. Fun adventures for kids will keep everyone active and feeling fine, and the Beer Garden will serve cool brews and beverages.
Once the sun goes down, stick around for Fireworks on the Fairway!
There’s no shortage of food, fun, fast machines, entertainment, and activities at this fantastic July celebration!
Food and Drink
Enjoy Goshen’s juiciest hamburgers, barbecue, frosty beverages, and fresh takes on American summertime food favorites.
- Receive a FREE USA can Koozie with EVERY purchase of Patriotic Pop at Shirley’s Gourmet Popcorn.
- Maple City Market will be serving up grilled specialties alongside fresh watermelon!
- Common Spirits will be serving up Smoked Salmon Bagel sandwiches, Bloody Mary’s, and mimosas from noon to 4 p.m.
- One day only! Maple Indian will bring back their buffet all day!
Kids Activities
Young ones can enjoy lawn games, free activities around town, and so much more!
- Participate in the Find Waldo scavenger hunt at Fables Books throughout the day!
- Enjoy toy axe-throwing at Black Squirrel later in the evening, hosted by Axes and Antics, and a free craft from The Green Bee.
Downtown Business Promotions
Come downtown from noon to 4 p.m. and shop at one of these participating businesses to receive a coupon for the festivities at Black Squirrel, in addition to being entered to win a round of golf. Coupons must be turned in at Black Squirrel on July 4 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the First Fridays information table. (Purchase is necessary at a participating business.)
