Come hang out with us for March’s First Friday – the live performer is you! You can sing for your supper, or be serenaded. We will serve till 7:30 (or until we run out) and karaoke will go till 8. So warm up your vocal cords and come see us. The game room will be open.

Ralph Bower Carving

Check out the Ralph Bower carving of a leprechaun at the museum. He is a lively fellow and sure to conjure up a tale or two in your imagination. Children ages 5 to 12 are invited to come to the museum to listen to a story regarding leprechauns this month. Retired teacher Karen Weeber has an interesting tale to tell about these March imps! There will be a carving demonstration in the museum as well.

Join us during the Goshen First Fridays Live and Local event from 5 to 8 p.m. and watch the owner and designer, Jasmine Wall, do a live demonstration of linocut printmaking technique.

Stop by for a live soapmaking demo. We’ll be showing how we make soap at 5:30, 6:15, 7, and 7:45 p.m.

Participants must be age 10 or older and must wear goggles. Group size is limited.

We’ll show the process on a Facebook Live at 7 p.m. for younger participants or for those who don’t wish to wear protective gear.

Meet Ray Boomhower author of To Be Hoosiers: Historic Stories of Character & Fortitude during Goshen’s March 1st Friday from 6-8 pm. To Be Hoosiers releases February 3, 2020, and will be available in store both prior and during the event. Also on hand to sign her newest title The Making of a Multiple Personality II: Splintered is Shana Dines local author and artist. As a survivor of abuse, Shana works to help others overcome their experience with abuse and violence
