Featuring a Sip n Shop experience, dancing, special menus at participating eateries, live music, and special activities for families and friends, Date Night is an exciting way to enjoy The Maple City and support its unique array of businesses and eateries while searching for First Fridays love.

In addition to bringing couples together with an assortment of fun and exciting activities, Date Night presents Goshen shopping and dining specials, and kid-friendly festivities fit for the whole family at participating stores and locations.

Fables Books, at 215 South Main Street, presents “Blind Date with a Book” and encourages First Friday visitors to grab their friends, family, and valentine (or ‘galentine’ and ‘palentine’) and participate in a thrilling Bookstore Date Scavenger Hunt.

Cressy & Everett, 210-A S. Main St., gets into the Date Night spirit by providing a professional photographer to take photos of First Friday revelers and couples, and Found—208 S. Main—makes it easy to find something special for that special someone with 20% off scarves, wallets, and jewelry.

Woldruff’s Footwear & Apparel, 129 S. Main, presents a pre-season sandal sale (25% off in-stock sandals only), and—at 201 S. Main—ReFind‘s Sip n Shop allows shoppers to enjoy a complimentary glass of wine. From 5-9 p.m., those who purchase a cat lounge visit at Catitude Cafe—210 S. Main—can get a second visit of equal length for 50% off, and ONE VILLAGE Fair Trade, 206 S. Main, offers 25% off all jewelry.

Table @108, 108 N. Main, presents live acoustic music throughout the evening, Elephant Bar—227 S. Main—features its Friday night DJ and darts, and Goshen Historical Society, 124 S. Main, presents a First Fridays contest. Participants who complete a written Valentine or note card stating why they love Goshen, or the Goshen Historical Society museum, are entered to win a prize package of goodies.

Maple City Market, 314 S. Main, conducts its Love Your Neighbor: Winter Coat Drive to help people in need stay warm. Shop at the market to find sweet deals on unique Valentine’s gifts and goodies throughout the store, drop off your gently used coats for the coat drive, or make a donation to ensure everyone in The Maple City can stay warm this winter.

Shirley’s Popcorn, 106 N. Main, features its Oreo White Chocolate popcorn, and Garden City Curch, 134 S. Main, presents a fun, family‑friendly Valentine bingo event in which families can enjoy multiple rounds of bingo with small prizes, treats for the kids, and complimentary hot cocoa.
